Eye Injury

Wasn't able to get out there today and really upset about it. I was determined to get those last 10 miles in and meet the goal.
I got into a fight with a flying insect last night on my walk. My eye is very much the loser of that fight. 
It has been very difficult to see let alone, sit here an make this entry. I guess I'm gonna have to head off to see the doc to have it checked out. Quite painful too!!
I'm going to do my best to train this morning as it is officially Sunday, day 83 before the event.
Just trying to keep you updated on the daily issues/injuries of a 3 Day walker trying to prepare.
Sunglasses are a definite, day and night.
Dedication comes at a cost :(
