I know it has been a while - but I'm back now.
Today I went to a Super Clinic @ NB in Buckehead and it was great!!! I got fitted for sneakers that actually fit and support the needs of my body and feet. It was great to finally connect faces to names you usually see on emails. I met Michele and it was like meeting an old friend. There was so much good infomration about your feet and how a good fit makes all the difference. I truly enjoyed it. I took a few photos. I'm back on the trails as of 7 am Sunday morning. So, if you're ready, willing and able- meet me out there.
Back to regular postings as of today. :)
WE have the power to make a difference!! We are taking this adventure to the next level.
