Hey everybody,
Today the walk went well. I actually had a couple late arrivlas, but I didn't walk alone.
I had 2 new walkers and 1 that I hope will become a regular join me today.
The walk was at a comfortable brisk pace and I did my 4 miles :)
I look forward to growing as a team of walkers and training walkers. :)
So anytime, you want to join in just chek out the schedule and comeon by.
