Are your First?

I just want to remind you all to get your mammogram or at the very least your annual physical. 
We spend all of our time tending to the needs of others. 
Who is going to tend to them when you are no longer able to? 
Who is going to tend to you if you're not able to. 
Do what is natural and take care of yourself first. 
The world will not stop if you do. 
The world will not end when yours does. 
You can't take care of anyone else if you are not well.
If at no other time, take the time now to put yourself FIRST.
