Today was just another baby step in the process of training to walk 60 miles in 3 days.
The walking at this point isn't too bad. It frees the mind and gives you the opportunity to sort through those things that seem to linger. It definitely gets the heart pumping. For me it becomes a mental challenge of who can I pass and how often when I'm on the track. Today I passed a couple twice at different points of my 4 miles. made me feel good. confirms how serious I am about this.
